I had a problem with one of the mechanical functions of the chair in the 1st couple months ⿿ Tom totally took care of it. Great chair, and great looking chair.

Seat is stiffer and smaller than I wanted. I⿿ve grown used to the chair, but find that it is not quite what I anticipated in terms of comfort. I love the style and design, build quality. Customer service was world class!
